2) HAD A CHECK ON YOUR PRESENT LIFE STYLE
This my friend is one of the most important advice that is as important as daily shit and which you will have to do before starting anything else. Now sit for a while and observe your lifestyle which is your daily schedule because that is what you will have to change first than changing your body or before starting your body transformation.

To judge your lifestyle or to choose which lifestyle is best for you , you will have to see that during your daily activities are you active enough so that you can change your schedule easily or start the exercise suddenly and if not you will have to change your lifestyle to an active one by introducing new exercises or activities or any particular hobby of your interest by which you can easily replace your extra oversleep.

4) DRINK WATER MORE
Guys if you are a water lover then its okay but if you are not then you will have to become one such by increasing your water drinking capacity and reach upto 4-5 litres of water drinking everyday.

Moreover start your day by drinking 1-2 glass full of luke warm water which will help you to give a quick start to your metabolism and you will suddenly start feeling active which will surely and absolutely your results afterwards.
